PANEER BHURJI
MAKE PANEER BHURJI AT HOMEđź’–
Ingredients: * Paneer or 2l milk, 4 tbsp vinegar + 4 tbsp water * Oil - 1 tbsp * Butter - 1 tbsp * Cumin/Jeera - 1 tsp * Garlic - 1 tbsp * Ginger - 1 tbsp * Green Chilli - 2pc * Onion - 2pc * Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp * Coriander Powder - 2 tsp * Degi Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp * Aamchur Powder - 1/2 tsp * Tomato - 2pc * Salt to taste * Water * Kasuri Methi * Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp * Handful Coriander Leaves * Cream - 2 tbsp METHOD:- 1. Paneer: Boil 2l milk, while stirring add 4 tbsp vinegar + 4 tbsp water mixture. Gently stir. Once it has curdled, pass it through a seive, run it through fresh water and your paneer is ready! 2. Take a tawa or pan, add oil, cumin, butter, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Saute. 3. Add chopped onions. Once they turn translucent, add haldi powder, coriander powder, degi red chilli powder and amchur powder. Mix. 4. Add chopped tomatoes along with salt and water. Mix well and let it cook properly. 5. Add the paneer along with some kasuri methi, garam masala, coriander leaves, cream and butter. Mix well
6. serve this with bread toasted with butter
